Dr. Meghan Bauer BSc, ND

Dr. Meghan Bauer ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with almost two decades of clinical experience. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and has been in practice since 2006. Her clinical work focuses on perimenopause and hormonal health, mood and stress, metabolic health, digestive health, and fatigue and burnout, with a reputation for providing warm, grounded, and deeply attentive care.

Dr. Bauer holds prescribing rights in Ontario, allowing her to integrate hormone therapy, desiccated thyroid, and evidence-informed natural therapies. She has completed additional training in integrative mental health, supporting patients with anxiety, mood changes, and stress-related conditions through a physiological and mind-body lens.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Bauer teaches with the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, contributing to community education in integrative health. She is also the creator of the Perimenopause Mood Map, an evidence-based framework that helps women understand the connection between hormonal changes and emotional wellbeing.

As a mother of two daughters, Dr. Bauer is inspired by her own family’s health stories and is passionate about generational health—how the patterns we inherit shape our current and future wellbeing.
